A breach of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to relevant legal authorities:
pkr498 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) where KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period of request; (b) where suspicious account activity is detected; (c) where a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requires the account to be restricted; or (d) where pkr498 has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.
pkr498 may permanently terminate a Player's account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed; (b) the Player is found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct through the Platform; (c) the Player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age; or (d) the Player is resident in or accessing from a Prohibited Territory. An account is classified as dormant where no login or transaction activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkr498 will notify the Player at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. The pkr498 Platform is provided "as is" and pkr498 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
